I'm a graphic designer, and this video alone made my day. Be warned there's tons of sailor type language in this video but if you're a graphic designer, artist or even someone in the customer service field, you'll love this. It's funny because it's SO true!

I *love* it when people bring me their half-assed shit and tell me it's all pretty much done so it won't take any time at all. Second to that would be, "I love it, let's change everything." You have to be half-retarded to stay in the graphic design industry longer than five minutes.
